Tree of Life PT Services Inc. was established in 2024 with a mission to provide essentail support services for individuals in need of specialized equipment ans home or vehicle modifications. This service addresses a vital community need, helping people access the medical equipment and modifications that are key to maintaining their independence.

The owner of Tree of Life PT Services Inc. is me, Daniela Beauvais, PT. I’m a licensed physical therapist holding a license in both North Carolina and South Carolina, offering services to individuals of all ages. I graduated from the University of New England in Maine in 1989. I have extensive expertise in physical therapy evaluations and treatments, specializing in durable medical equipment (DME) and home modifications. I work closely with DME and waiver programs, ensuring patients receive the equipment they need. I’m well-versed in insurance requirements, including completing Letters of Medical Necessity (LMN’s) to ensure proper coverage, and maintaining strong working relationships with local DME providers.

I’m happily married since 1989 and the proud mother of two and a devoted grandmother to four grandchildren, who are my world—I adore being called “Nana”. I also care for my brother with Down Syndrome and a teenage boy with special needs ( I was his PT when he was 2) serving as their legal guardian. My personal journey caring for individuals with special abilities gives me a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards for caring for extraordinary people. In my downtime I enjoy family vactions to the beach, poolside relaxation, crafiting, and reading good books.
